Built from the Field. Engineered for Readiness.

Executive Leadership: Driven by Precision & Grit

TraceWear Systems is led by its Founder and Lead Developer, Jacob L. Brown. Based out of Arkansas, Jacob’s professional career is rooted in high-consequence environments, operating as a seasoned Department of Defense contractor specialized in software defense engineering. Holding a professional certification in cybersecurity, Jacob also brings real-world operational experience from working in a chemical plant environment alongside the Environmental Protection Agency, where his responsibilities included identifying, correcting, and reporting compliance-related issues to help keep the program aligned with state and federal emissions laws.

His approach to software architecture is uncompromising: modular design, deterministic logic, operational discipline, and hardened system security.

Jacob lives and breathes the foundational languages of high-performance infrastructure — Rust, PowerShell, and Python — engineering systems optimized down to the hardware level for enterprise and tactical deployments. He channels a relentless work ethic directly into his code, building resilient software designed to survive demanding, unpredictable operational environments.

Beyond the code, contracts, and technical development, Jacob’s ultimate drive is foundational. He is a proud father of four. Whether he is leading technical discussions, managing complex enterprise data systems, building predictive maintenance software, supporting compliance-driven operations, or raising his family, Jacob operates on a singular baseline:

Cut through the noise. Lock down the objective. Build systems that stand resolute under pressure.

The Intelligence Behind TraceWear

TraceWear Systems is powered by Korvex, a proprietary analytics core built to serve as the intelligence layer behind the platform. Korvex processes asset telemetry, evaluates component health, identifies abnormal system behavior, and supports predictive maintenance decision-making through structured diagnostic logic.

Built around deterministic AI, modular analysis routines, and telemetry-driven state tracking, Korvex is designed to produce clear, repeatable, and operationally useful outputs. Its purpose is simple: transform raw machine data into maintenance intelligence that helps users understand wear, risk, and fleet readiness before failure occurs.
